    I booked a boat through Click&Boat app, paid for the order in full. My contract specifies a Trimarch 53 boat with a 40 horsepower engine. I checked with the owner about the power, he confirmed. When we arrived at the port, they gave us a completely different boat, much smaller and with a 15 horsepower engine, while they also wanted me to pay an extra 50€. When I started to ask for the boat that I have in the contract, they told me that there was a failure in the system and the program gave out this boat, and if you don’t like it, then leave. We were told that we were not allowed to drive another boat, but my husband has a boating license. Complete disrespect, ruined day and mood!!! We had to take a smaller boat for the same money, it is not equipped at all, as indicated in the description. I’ll never recommend this company!!! Totally deceivers and absolutely no respect for customers!!!

    We had a great time on the water. The boat was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Only it was listed as a boat for 6 people… but if you want to have a bit of breathing room and space, 4 people is the maximum. As a group of 4 we can recommand not to go higher than 4 adults on this boat. Side note: a second anchor would come in handy to fix the boat in small spaces or allonside other boats when docking at a beach. It was a pitty that there was a lot of wind because the boat was a bit to small to endure the high waves. We had to return early back to Port… but the rental company didn’t offer us some sort of discount. But then again, there weren’t obliged to. We booked via Click&Boat. It said on this platform that the boat had a 40hp engine, but in real life it is 15hp. And the Deposit is listed in the platform at €500, but at the boat rental they asked for a €600 Deposit. Maybe a bit of an update is required. It is overal a really good boat to explore the coastline. It is expensive, but you can expect it to be in a tourist area. The only thing that chocked me a bit was the fee fo fuel. I read that it was like €20-€35… but it was a lot higher than that. Maybe an indication on how much it would cost can help tourists in the future. I hope you’ll have a great time when you’ll rent this boat in the future ☺️
