Bonjour, Je m'appelle Frédéric, j'ai 49 ans et je suis moniteur de voile. Passionné depuis toujours par la mer, je vis au rythme des marées, du vent et des voiles. Ce que j'aime avant tout, c'est transmettre : enseigner la navigation, initier les débutants, accompagner les plus expérimentés dans leur progression... C’est un vrai plaisir de partager mes connaissances et de voir les pratiquants évoluer, gagner en confiance et en autonomie sur l’eau. La voile est bien plus qu’un sport pour moi : c’est un art de vivre, une école de patience, d’humilité et de liberté. Et c’est cette passion que je m’efforce de faire vivre à chaque sortie en mer.
