Not aware of how to behave on board at all! Doing mess and spreading sun cream everywhere. Can't respect the rules and think that charter is a taxi service. A boat is not a night club and this person is not aware of that fact. Jumping to the sea while the engine was on is simply dangerous - blaming skipper for warning about potential danger is quite weak.
