For safety, it would be advisable to protect the step that protrudes from the pier (as well as the boats next to it) where the boat is moored to avoid small scratches. We made a small scratch when mooring around the corner and we noticed that we were not the only ones because the bow of the boat was caulked, we are charged part of the deposit to re-caulk it instead of putting small protections so that this does not happen again...
