    The experience was generally very bad. Regarding the boat, it was delivered to us quite dirty, with traces of sunscreen and a dirty deck. In fact, two crew members developed athlete's foot the next day. I can't guarantee they caught it on the boat, but it looks like it. The boat was delivered to us without ropes, which makes mooring to buoys or any other maneuvers difficult. We called to see if we had missed them, but they couldn't give us any directions. The delivery process was quite poor. Fortunately, we were familiar with the boat model, but we were given virtually no explanations or basic safety instructions, such as where to place life jackets. Finally, the boat came with a paddleboard. It came unstitched at one of the seams when we put it in the water, clearly due to a defect, excessive pressure, excessive sun exposure, or a combination of all of these. They charged us €150 without considering any of our explanations or the fact that there could have been an accident with two children. Since they have the deposit, they're sold, so they can do whatever they want. Finally, Click&Boat's terms and conditions indicated they would charge a €1,000 deposit, but they charged €1,200. In short, a disastrous experience. Without a doubt, I will not rent from them again, and I do not recommend them.
