    My clients had another boat cancel the day of their scheduled ride, and Franck was able to assist right away! He was super responsive, and the women had a wonderful evening boat ride with his daughter! Definitely recommend!

    I book boat, but didn’t notice, that the port wasn’t in Monaco. I asked to cancel the booking, because didn’t have this button in my account. I paid full rent, but Franck refused to cancel the booking. As the the result, booking marked as successful. The result, I lost money, but Franck decided that it’s ok not to cancel. By the way, I booked and asked to cancel during 10 minutes. Just keep in mind that Franck can be dishonest
