    They told me I had to pay in cash and never told me this before. I had to waste a lot of time to go to ATM. The welcome desk was very rude about it! It was a very windy day and they didn’t communicate this. When we started the ride, the skipper told us we couldn’t go more than 5 minutes away from the port. A completely pointless time with this company. They should have cancelled and changed my booking date. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

    Great boat, new and comfortable, but unsuccessful communication with the company that rents it out, unprofessional managers, it takes a lot of time and effort to resolve something with them before the charter. The service is very weak, unclear calculation of the amount for fuel before the trip, and not after the fact. Long disputes for every extra 10€.

    The boat was great, new and well kept. The company did not explain that we had to pay for GAS, it was close to 400€ and we couldn’t even check to see if we had actually consumed that much. The skipper was friendly and the itinerary was great even though it was not the itinerary we had initially reserved (apparently there was a military exercise in the place we wanted to visit). You also have yo pay another amount in cash to the “front desk” I still don’t know how much we payed overall.
