Sailing along the Catania coast is an evocative experience, offering spectacular landscapes of sea, lava, and history. Giuseppe and Valentina offer a tour along the Riviera dei Ciclopi, including Aci Castello and Aci Trezza. Departing from the small port of Ognina, sailing north, you can admire the black cliffs of solidified lava created by the eruptions of Mount Etna that reached the sea. Another evocative sight are the Faraglioni dei Ciclopi: majestic volcanic rocks linked to the myth of Ulysses and Polyphemus. Lachea Island: a small island, part of the marine nature reserve. The Norman castle of Aci Castello: visible from the sea, built on a lava cliff. ?️ Boat activities during the excursion 1. Swimming and diving You can dive into a quiet cove. We provide inflatable mattresses, rings, or floats for relaxing in the water. 2. Snorkeling or diving Snorkeling and diving in the Cyclops Marine Reserve. With a mask, you can explore the volcanic seabed. 3. Music and dancing Prepare a playlist, use a Bluetooth speaker, and have an impromptu aperitif and dance. 4. Picnic or aperitif on the boat Aperitif on the boat at anchor near Aci Trezza. Bring easy-to-eat food (sandwiches, fruit, focaccia) and cold drinks. Optional catering is available upon request.
