What is the best time to visit Sardinia?

Thanks to its prime location as a Mediterranean island, Sardinia's temperatures range from 31 to 6 degrees Celsius throughout the year, with short, wet summers and somewhat cooler, windier winters. For this reason, the main recommendation is to visit Sardinia in the high season months, i.e. between early June and early September. However, the climate and weather conditions are usually quite good for a yacht charter in Sardinia in the autumn or spring months.
