The New Con Fly Suite is an Italian-built boat suitable for river and lagoon navigation, ideal for a couple or a small family. The interiors are welcoming, spacious, and elegant. In the bow, there is a very spacious cabin with a double bed and a single bed alongside, equipped with wardrobes and storage space, a walk-in shower, and a separate cabin with a sink and electric toilet. The dinette, a bright living area, features a comfortable sofa with a table that can be converted into a double or single bed if needed. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner stove, oven, and refrigerator. The living room also features the first internal helm station, wardrobes and storage lockers, and a radio/CD player. The exterior spaces are spacious, with a second helm station on the flybridge covered by an awning. The large bow sundeck, a livable cockpit with awning, and a swim platform with a ladder and shower. The New Con Fly Suite is equipped with a directional bow thruster. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. The Renter must be at least 18 years of age and will be directly responsible for all items entrusted to him/her. Upon boarding, proof of identity is required. RVF reserves the right to restrict independent navigation to those who do not demonstrate sufficient reliability. 2. Booking Changes. All booking changes made by the Renter from the date of confirmation until 8 weeks before the departure date will incur a "file fee" of €150 per change. Less than 8 weeks before the embarkation date, all changes may be made by prior arrangement with the Lessor. 3. Cancellation by RVF. If, due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable circumstances, RVF is unable to provide the Renter with the booked vessel, it will be obliged to find a replacement vessel with approximately the same characteristics. In the event of total impossibility, RVF will immediately refund any amounts received without any further obligation. 4. Insurance. Insurance coverage includes accidental damage to the vessel and equipment, civil liability to third parties and passengers, medical transportation in the event of injury or illness, and vessel recovery. The policy does not cover theft or damage to the Renter's personal property and valuables. RVF declines all liability for any theft, loss, or damage to the Renter's property. 5. Deposit. A deposit must be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on the day of arrival at the base, before boarding. This amount will be held for a maximum of 21 days to cover any damage and/or obligations to third parties. Amount of the security deposit or reduced deposit as per price list. 6. Assistance/Claim. The rental price includes breakdown assistance. RVF undertakes to provide the best possible assistance in a timely manner. Reimbursement will be requested only for repairs due to the Lessee's negligence (unclogging the toilet, replacing the bow thruster fuse, etc.) or in the event of a grounding. The Lessee must promptly report any accident or breakdown to RVF by telephone and will refrain from taking any action other than emergency measures. The Lessee, who is the cause or victim of an accident, a grounding, or following unforeseeable engine or equipment problems, will not be entitled to any reimbursement from RVF if the cruise could be compromised. 7. Boarding. The boat will be available to the Lessee for boarding formalities from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the agreed day. The following formalities will be completed in the order of arrival: registration of a "Captain's" document; payment of the deposit; signing of the onboard inventory and inspection of the boat's condition; technical instructions for the use of all the various components on the boat; review of the nautical charts, obligations, navigational advice, and suggestions; and a short test drive. Subject to availability and agreement with the base, early check-in is possible starting at 11:00 a.m. for a fee of €80. 8. Disembarkation. The boat must be returned and vacated by 9:00 a.m. on the last day of the rental, in good order and clean condition. The Lessee agrees to report to RVF all lost or damaged equipment and anything not in perfect working order. Any dents or scratches on the hull must be clearly highlighted. RVF reserves the right to request reimbursement from the Lessee for any inconveniences related to abandonment of the boat during the cruise. In the event of late return, RVF will charge a half-day or full day's rental. It is recommended to return to the base for an overnight stay the evening before. 9. Rules for using the boat. RVF will provide you with sufficient information and adequate operating and navigation instructions (including practical instructions) before setting sail. The Lessee must comply with the regulations for inland and coastal navigation, as well as any instructions issued by the Lessor or competent authorities. The following are prohibited: overnight stays at sea, nighttime navigation; towing or hauling; subleasing and lending; anchoring in canals, docking in unauthorized places, and on piers reserved for public transport; navigation in bad weather; and navigation in the Grand Canal, the internal canals of Venice, Giudecca, Murano, Burano, Torcello, and the Lido. 10. The interruption or limitation of navigation along waterways for technical reasons, administrative police reasons, strikes, river floods or low water levels, bad weather, or any other circumstance beyond the control of the RVF will not give rise to any refund.
