For each charter, an APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) will be requested in addition to the charter fee, to be paid separately once the booking is confirmed. The APA is used to cover operational expenses during the cruise: fuel, food, beverages, mooring fees, tips, and any additional client requests. The APA is approximately 40% of the charter fee, but this may vary depending on the client’s preferences. Any unused APA amount will be refunded. If expenses exceed the APA during the charter, the balance will be charged to you with supporting receipts before disembarkation. Fuel prices are subject to change and may be adjusted accordingly.
