Suggested Itinerary The day begins at the Orosei marina pier, our meeting point. From here, we'll board the Explorer Orosei. It's 9:00 a.m., a quick briefing, and we're off, heading for Cala Luna. After about 40 minutes of sailing, we'll reach Cala Luna, surrounded by wild nature and colored by the oleanders, characterized by its beach caves. Here, we'll stop for about 45 minutes; disembarkation is limited. From there, we'll continue south and, along the coast, reach the Fico Cave. Diving inside is optional and requires a fee; the ticket costs €10. An operator will join our boat, and from there we'll transfer. You will be accompanied to the cave entrance. At first, darkness will envelop you, but as you continue, a place that seems to have stood still 800,000 years ago will open up before your eyes. Inside, you'll see stalactites and stalagmites of varying sizes and colors, and thanks to the easy walkways, you'll walk over the fossilized bed of an ancient river. Once you exit the cave, an operator will take you back aboard the Explorer, and off we go! We'll head towards Cala Biriala, but before disembarking, a delicious aperitif featuring typical products offered by the captain will keep us company. We'll head to Cala Biriala, an intimate cove with heavenly colors. Disembarkation is only possible from 1:15 PM to 2:30 PM due to restrictions. Afterwards, we'll head towards Cala Goloritzè, the pearl of the Gulf of Orosei, characterized by its 142-meter-high spire! and its famous arch. Optional swimming stop. Back on board, we'll waste no time heading to the nearby Cala delle Sorgenti, where we'll stop for a swim. After the swimming stop, we'll head north, skirting Cala Dei Gabbiani and Cala Mariolu, where we'll stop for a swim in its turquoise waters. A few hundred meters away, a fantastic cove will open up before our eyes. The color of the water will remind us of a swimming pool, hence the name "Piscine di Venere" (Venus Pools). Large schools of saddled seabream will keep us company; anyone entering the water will realize they've entered a veritable natural aquarium. After about 45 minutes of stopping, we'll raise anchor and set sail again. Continuing our journey, we'll reach Cala Sisine, where we'll stop for a swim only if requested by guests. From there, we'll head north, skirting the high rock walls in front of the Madonnina Cave. From there, if we're not late, we'll make a final stop for a swim in the warm, shallow waters of Cala Ziu Santoru. From here, we'll sail for about half an hour, returning to the starting point at 6:00 PM, the Marina di Orosei pier. The tour can be modified as desired, taking into account the disembarkation times at Cala Luna (9:30 AM - 11:00 AM), Cala Biriala (1:15 PM - 2:30 PM), Cala Sisine (11:20 AM - 12:50 PM). Boarding is possible from Cala Gonone via tender in the launch corridor. Please note: beach tickets are not included.
