I was born on October 31, 1987, and my passion for the sea began in 2004 as I sailed on the Istanbul ferries crossing the Bosphorus. With expertise in chemical tankers, I hold the license of an oceangoing chief officer. Beyond my maritime career, I have a background as a medal-winning swimmer at Galatasaray Sports Club, and I enjoy playing chess in my spare time. In terms of my sailing preferences, I lean towards motorboats due to my professional background. However, the allure of sailing, especially across iconic channels like the Magellan, Suez, Panama, and Corinth, captivates me. The challenge of navigating through these historic waterways and the thrill of the open sea offer an unparalleled sense of adventure.
