La Brisa, an owner-managed Bavaria 44, is a classic wide beam cruiser that delivers excellent sailing & comfort for up to 8 overnight guests: - 4 double Scansailins( 3 double beds + 2 adult bunks) - 2 bathrooms, one with holding tank. - Comfortable saloon with speakers & games locker. - Spacious cockpit with cushions, Bimini, sprayhood, speakers & BBQ. - Well equipped kitchen with large open-top fridge + small icebox, 3 ring burner & oven. - 2 water tanks (310 litres). - 3D Superlight Tender Twin Air 2.7m dingy, Suzuki DF2.5S Outboard motor and SUP included. CONTINUALLY UPGRADED: - classic teak interior regularly varnished & soft furnishings deep cleaned. - New engine (2018) - New saildrive (2024) - New in-mast furling (2024) - New instruments ( 2023) - Anually serviced sails. Fully licenced & insured for charter. SUPPORT: Managed by a local couple (both sailors/he a marine engineer) who speak Spanish & English. BAREBOAT CHARTER: To rent, you will need a full skipper licence (ICC/PER or higher) and 300+ nm experience. EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN/OUT: When possible we can be relaxed about check-in/out times and will try to accomodate your flight/ferry times. EASY CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in & out at yacht berth, San Antionio de Portmany port. (Note: Last night of charter at berth included. You can also return for to berth for water/supplies/crew pick-up anytime, but charter fee does not include mid-charter overnights in port - The port authorites may require you to pay a fee for this) EXTRAS AT CHECK-IN (cash only): •€20 per person comfort pack (towels, bed linen) •€170 per booking - professional final cleaning interior & exterior ONLY PAYABLE FOR BOOKINGS LESS THAN 7 DAYS: •€175 check-in & base support short charter fee SECURITY DEPOSIT: 1500€ Security deposit must be paid by bank transfer before check-in (your charter cannot start until we have the security deposit) It will be promptly returned in full, if there are no damages,losses or 3rd part claims.
