Hello everyone! I am Mathis Bourgnon, a skipper passionate about ocean racing and proud heir to a family of adventurers. Son of Florence, a famous French racing driver, and Yvan Bourgnon, a renowned sailor, I grew up with a taste for challenges and the sea. Today, I invite you to live a unique experience aboard my racing boat, the Mini 6.50 number 934, nicknamed "Lili". Lili is a high-performance prototype, designed to tackle the oceans and cut out for competition. With this boat, I have set several records, notably in duo with my father Yvan Bourgnon: - Record for the Mediterranean crossing (Marseille-Carthage) in a 20-foot catamaran. - Record for the English Channel crossing (Cowes-Dinard) in a 20-foot catamaran. - Record distance covered in 24 hours on a 20-foot catamaran, with 403 nautical miles at an average speed of 16.8 knots. Lili will be based in La Trinité-sur-Mer, I offer day trips throughout the month of August. This is an exceptional opportunity to discover the sensations of sailing on an ocean racing boat, accompanied by an experienced skipper! The reception capacity is two people for a friendly and immersive experience. Whether you are alone or accompanied, wanting to live an extraordinary day, this outing is for you! During this day, you will have the opportunity to participate in the maneuvers, steer the boat and feel the adrenaline of the regatta. Depending on the weather conditions, we will also be able to explore the surrounding islands and enjoy the magnificent landscapes offered by the Bay of Quiberon. Je m’appelle Mathis Bourgnon. J’ai grandi partout où mes parents m’emmenaient et j’adore être sur l’eau. Ma grande passion est ce sport exaltant : la voile J’ai la chance d’avoir un pied-à-terre à la Trinité-sur-Mer, où est basé mon Mini 6.50. L’un des hauts lieux mondial de la voile. Je reviens aux origines, où j’ai grandi en maternelle. J’ai commencé la voile avant de pouvoir m’en souvenir. En vacance avec mon père depuis toujours, faisant pleins d’autres sports au quotidien. Mais en 2018, je bats le record du monde de la traversée de la Mer Méditerranée en catamaran de sport, et cela a eu un énorme impact sur moi. J’ai ressenti une sensation incroyable lorsque j’ai pris le large. Naviguer la nuit sous les étoiles et à côté des dauphins. J’avais hâte d’être le lendemain pour retourner sur l’eau et m’améliorer. 2023 marque une étape importante: le lancement de mon projet solo en course au large.
