If the client is delayed in their departure time, the agreed time will always be maintained, as we cannot delay clients who arrive later, as the boat makes several departures per day. Cancellation Policy: If weather conditions prevent the excursion from taking place and we cannot find an alternative date, the full amount paid in advance will be refunded. Adverse weather conditions are those that prevent the ship from leaving the port or prevent the excursion from taking place safely and comfortably for our guests. Due to constantly changing weather conditions, we cannot make a final decision until 12 hours before the excursion begins. Under no circumstances can the excursion be shortened immediately after it has begun, resulting in a reduction in the rate. If the client approves a date change but decides to cancel it once accepted, the amount paid cannot be refunded. The company is not obligated to make further date changes unless due to weather conditions. If the client arrives late for their reserved time, the company is not obligated to give them additional time.
