Since the boat is located in Rogoznica we suggest you first to visit beautiful national parks, Kornati and Krka, and then you can go "island hopping" and visit Brač, Hvar, Šolta, and Vis, each of the island is charming in their own way, and on each of them you can explore and do something else.
