With a length of 14.70 meters, a width of 5.10 meters, and two spacious floors, this exceptional vessel offers space for 2 to 4 people and promises an unforgettable stay on the water. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure – the "Berliner Insel" offers both! It combines modern comfort, sustainable technology, and maritime flair in a prime location with unobstructed views of the water. Your stay will be a unique experience! Standard: Check-in is on Sunday at 1:00 PM and Check-out is on Saturday at 12:00 PM. Four booking options are available: Option 1: Idyllic and affordable at the dock – no license required: The boat remains at the dock and may not be moved. A license is not required. Base price Option 2: Moor on the lake and enjoy – without a license: The boat is moored in a beautiful meadow near the home port. Base price + fee for introductory trip to the mooring on the lake (2 hours €200) Option 3: Sail with a charter license and marvel: You enjoy the wonderfully slow-paced life on the water. Base price + fee for introductory trip with comprehensive maritime instruction (3.5 hours €350) Option 4: Sail and discover inland waters with a pleasure boat license: You choose your own route and anchorages and are free to choose. The "Berliner Insel" is no ordinary houseboat, but a solid, all-steel vessel weighing 27 tons that sits particularly quietly in the water and goes far beyond the norm. The generous space, high-quality furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows create a perfect symbiosis of closeness to nature and luxury. Thanks to sustainable technology – including 3,200 watts of solar panels, a 6 kW generator, and an 18 kWh battery capacity – you'll be independent and comfortably supplied. An automated onboard system controls fuel monitoring, heating, and power supply, while numerous 230 V outlets and a fast 250 Mbit 5G internet flat rate with Fritzbox Wi-Fi also enable remote working in an idyllic setting. The heart of the ship is the 18 m² living room with an open kitchen. A comfortable couch with a chaise longue, cozy blankets, and a fluffy rug create an inviting atmosphere. A 45-inch OLED TV with streaming capabilities, an app-controlled pellet stove for cozy evenings, and an LED disco ball for atmospheric moments make every evening special. The large dining table (80 x 120 cm) with up to six chairs and nautical decor invites you to share meals together, while three hatches to the lower deck offer generous storage space for suitcases and supplies. A washing machine rounds out the practical amenities. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: A DeLonghi fully automatic coffee machine, a large dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two induction cooktops, a microwave with a grill function, and dishes and glasses for 12 people are provided. A Weber gas grill with accessories ensures barbecue enjoyment outside by the water. The bedroom (5.4 m²) impresses with a solid 160 x 200 cm double bed, panoramic windows with sliding doors on two sides, and dimmable ambient lighting. Spacious built-in wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps and USB ports, and four storage compartments under the bed offer plenty of space for your personal belongings. In the living area, a high-quality sofa with a slatted frame transforms into another comfortable bed (also 160 x 200 cm) for two people with a simple movement. The bathroom (3.8 m²) is a wellness temple: An infrared sauna for two people with an LED starry sky, saline vaporizer, and Bluetooth sound system invites you to relax. A mirrored cabinet with dimmable lighting and built-in wall cabinets ensure organization and comfort. On the "Berlin Island," enjoy the sun by day and a breathtaking starry sky by night, far from distracting light sources for relaxing, dining, or creative work. A 2.80 m high crane with a suspended hanging chair over the water provides a special experience to unwind. A LoadStar NSA290 dinghy with a Torqeedo electric motor (for 4 people, no license required) allows for exploring the lake, while two SUPs and water hammocks guarantee water fun. A warm outdoor shower and high-quality wooden flooring complete the outdoor experience. For captains and maritime enthusiasts, the "Berliner Insel" offers high-quality equipment: two 60-hp Honda outboards, a Garmin GPS navigation system, rearview and side-view cameras, a depth sounder, proportional stern and bow thrusters facilitate maneuvering, and an electric anchor winch with 50m of stainless steel chain and a 40kg Bruce anchor securely holds the "Berliner Insel."
