Bimini will ensure huge shade for all passengers on board and for those who want some privacy or take a nap while waves swaying the boat, Idea has spacious Scansailin which is big enough for 2 adults. When you decide to freshen up in the sea big swimming platforms and ladder will make your entering and exiting easy. If you just want to cool down quickly and get back on the soft cushions you can do it with deck shower and fresh water. Electronic anchor winch will make anchoring fast and easy, and as help in safety navigation and cruising there is GARMIN plotter with maps, echo sounder, MGF engine instrument and all other safety equipment. 1. The vessel is not intended for night navigation. 2. Check-in is at 09:00 am and check-out at 6:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed. Early check-out (before 5:00 p.m.) will be charged 40 €. 3. Water skis, wakeboards, and private watersport equipment are not permitted. Tube available as option. 4. Sleeping on the vessel is allowed for a maximum of 3 persons (2 adults + 1 kid under 6 yeras old) 5. A valid skipper license is mandatory in case of bareboat rental. If the client does not hold a valid license, the skipper option will be offered at check-in. Refunds are not possible in this case. License validity can be checked on the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure website (section “Other documents”). 6. The Lessee is required to: -Familiarize himself with and adhere to the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia concerning vessel operation and conduct at sea. -Know at least the basic maneuvers of vessel handling. -Take responsibility for the safety of his own life, passengers, and persons around the vessel. 7. Pets up to 15 kg are allowed with an additional fee of 125 €. The Lessee must protect cushions and the deck floor from potential damage or contamination. Entrance of pets into Scansailins and cockpit is strictly forbidden. 8.This is a non-smoking vessel. 9. An extra cleaning fee will be charged in case of: - Pets entering the Scansailins. - Any dirt not caused by regular use of the vessel. 10. Arriving for check-in outside of working hours will be charged 75 €. 11. The vessel is delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full fuel tank. 12. By taking over the vessel, the Lessee confirms that he is familiar with the proper handling of all available devices and equipment and accepts responsibility for their use and any potential damage. 13.DEPOSIT IS MANDATORY- CARD PRE-AUTHORIZATION ONLY!
