Bigger islands on the way to Kornati are Lošinj, Rab, Krk, Cres and Pag which all still have a medieval heritage. In Istria we suggest visiting Rt Kamenjak and the beaches around Rabac and if there is time - Brioni islands, now a National Park, a couple of decades ago Tito’s summer residence.
