    A houseboat across the Pontine August 2023: a group of 8 friends between the ages of 26 and 39 leave a small Tuscan town with a great desire for adventure... Ok, I'll stop because I'm not writing a novel, I wanted to give the idea of my head in the clouds, of dreamy head of someone who goes on vacation for 8 days with his friends with the expectation of someone who has really been waiting for those vacations, that wandering sea voyage, those sunrises and sunsets for weeks. And our hopes have not been dashed... Harmony52 was a floating house for us, which took us from Palmarola to Ponza, from Ventotene to Zannone, around all the coves of the Pontine islands; he gave us sunrises, sunsets, swimming in the most exclusive places, excursions to hidden caves with that thrill of adventure that keeps every nomad alive. Emanuele, the owner and skipper, is an experienced sailor, one of those who know the Pontine like his back yard, he knows how to avoid the waves, he knows how to find the right wind to open the jib and switch off the engine. he knows hidden places as much as the most famous ones and who lives there, knows how to advise the best to always do, so much so that our week was pushed at all times by the best wind. My friends and I recommend Harmony and Emanuele with whom, if it had not yet been understood, we had a great time and "in harmony" for a whole week. Our vacation ended just one day ago and I think I speak for everyone by saying that we'll start again tomorrow.

    The boat is not new and, honestly, the charter wear shines through in some parts. On the other hand, life on board is stress-free as Emanuele, despite being an excellent skipper, does not fill the crew with strict rules. On several occasions he showed flexibility in meeting our requests and turned a blind eye when someone from the crew did not treat the boat with the right respect. The safety equipment is more than complete, perhaps oversized! I can recommend the rental for groups of up to 10 people or families who want to enjoy a nice beach holiday.
