    The trip didn't happen. I waited over an hour and a half, but the captain said he couldn't set sail due to the wind. I waited to reschedule for the next day, and after waiting almost three hours for a decision, I booked with another boat. Since then, I've been waiting for a cancellation and refund from the owner or Click&Boat, and nothing!
