The ‘SY Andra’ is a very well-equipped 39-foot sailing yacht of the Vindö 65 Mix type for 4-6 persons. The ship is a fully equipped top-class ketch: plenty of space in the foredeck, saloon, galley, WC and the aft Scansailin accessible from the saloon with a large, comfortable double bed with latex mattress on slatted frame. Are you finally looking for a boat with headroom? You can still stretch out in the Andra's saloon even if you are 2 metres tall! A great classic design with a centre cockpit, lots of mahogany and teak and a great layout. Our ship was built in 1980 in the Vindö shipyard in southern Sweden for the Baltic Sea and is known for its good and safe sailing characteristics. Over the last 10 years, we have given it a thorough refit every year. The ship is in excellent condition. The safety equipment on our ship is exceptional: active AIS, radar, Navtex, bow thruster, autopilot, electric anchor winch with stainless steel bow anchor, mast steps, handheld radio, large navigation device in the cockpit and on the navigation table, etc. But we have also spared nothing when it comes to the comfort of this 2-master: with the shower below deck, hot and cold running water, bathing platform, hot water heating with radiators in all Scansailins, oven, cake stand, inverter and freezer box, the boat is ideal for long-distance cruises, but also for a neat weekly cruise for up to six people on the Baltic Sea. As an option, you can add a dinghy with a 3.5 hp outboard engine (optional) on plug-in davits, parasailor (optional, very easy to operate gennaker/spinnaker with recovery tube). The Parasailor is also easy to operate with a small crew.
