boat hire in Brest · Beneteau — First 31.7 (2009)
Description of Nicolas's sailboat
Beneteau - First 31.7 | 2 Cabins
Beneteau's biggest success, with 1400 units sold between 2000 and 2010. This 2009 sailboat is equipped with a mainsail, a genoa, and a symmetrical spinnaker. Racing hull, hard matrix antifouling, racing sails, Dyneema sheets, fine tackle, Cunningham... are available for rent. This boat is used for outings with family or friends, as well as for participating in local regattas. Semi-offshore equipment. The Brest harbor is very well protected, a safe environment but large enough to keep you busy for a weekend; you can sail there practically year-round. Nearby, at the exit of the famous Goulet de Brest (the narrow channel leading into Brest), a stopover in Camaret, known for its Vauban tower and the harbor bars, is a must. Then you can sail up the Channel towards Aber Wrac'h or Roscoff, or choose an island such as Molène or Ouessant. If you prefer the south, the anchorage and port of Morgat offers excellent protection after circumnavigating the beautiful Crozon peninsula and its rocky islets. Depending on the conditions, why not sail past the Raz de Sein and continue on to the Glénan Islands, enjoying the dolphins of Penmarch!
