During Sailing • Sailing with the awning and ladder is not permitted. • The motor must always be fully submerged in the water. • Towing people or items (floats, skis, etc.) is prohibited. A penalty of €50 will apply for non-compliance. • Do not exceed the limits established according to weather conditions (for example: do not go to Fredosa on windy days). • It is prohibited to pass within the buoys in the bathing area. • Anchors may not be dropped where the bottom cannot be seen. If they become stuck and must be retrieved, a fee of €150 will apply. • Current maritime regulations must be followed. • Maximum speed is 3 knots within the port. ——— 3. Penalties and Responsibilities • Loss or damage to the anchor carries a penalty of €150 if it must be recovered by our team. • Failure to comply with the rules may result in financial penalties or early termination of the rental without reimbursement. • If the propeller touches the bottom and is damaged, the repair cost will be €200. • Any damage, loss, or loss to the boat or its equipment will be the responsibility of the renter, who must cover the full cost of repair or replacement.
