She is fully equipped for chartering: * Up-to-date safety equipment, life rafts for 20 persons * 2 Vitrifrigo refrigerators, electric stove and gas oven, microwave oven, kitchenware for 18 persons * 2 large aft Scansailins with queen beds * 2 front Scansailins with queen beds * 2 beds in forepeaks, nice enough for children and adults both * Comfy bed linen and towels for quests * Raymarine Axiom 12 chartplotters * Victron electric system * 3000VA inverter with 12kw batteries * Fusion soundsystem * Volvo Penta D2-75 engines * Good main and genoa sails * Beautiful upholstery We also do short day cruises with skipper and host, contact us for offer. We give comprehensive boat guidance for our guests about her usage and features. We usually harbor at Helsinki, but we can take her to Porvoo, Tallinn or Hanko for you. Please be aware that Lagoon 440 is a big boat and requires experience with large boats to handle. Please contact us freely about short cruises and short notice trips, we do last minute crewed cruises when ever possible!

We are Mad Cats Oy: Sampsa Kärnä, our captain and boat inspector by profession and Miikka ristkari, boat host and first mate. We offer chartering in Baltic Sea region and while not chartering... we sail. While we like competitive sailing, our choice of charter boat is the eponymous S/y Paradise, a beautiful and widely acclaimed 440 Lagoon. For a floating summer house it is surprisingly agile.
