Whether on the large, furnished, shaded roof terrace, in the cool waters of the Mecklenburg Lake District, or in our stylish living area in front of the fireplace – simply leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Up to 6 people can cruise the impressive waters around the marina on Lake Röblinsee without the need for a license on our houseboat. Thanks to the large windows, you can enjoy the magnificent views of the water and nature from every room. A delicious breakfast on the terrace adjacent to the living room, a break in our spacious living area in front of the fireplace, or a romantic sunset during a barbecue on the approximately 50 sq m roof terrace – experience pure relaxation. Inside, the houseboat offers high-quality amenities including a gas fireplace, Wi-Fi router, and smart TV. The boat also has two bedrooms, one with a 1.80m-wide double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. Additional sleeping space for one person can be found in the living room. A staircase leads to the large, furnished, shaded roof terrace. From there, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Mecklenburg Lake District. A grill for a BBQ evening, as well as a stand-up paddleboard, canoe, electric inflatable boat, or bicycles, can be rented from the harbormaster for a fee. Dogs are allowed. Pick-up and Drop-off Days Boat pick-ups always take place Monday through Saturday. Returns also take place Monday through Saturday. The marina is closed on Sundays. Our home port is the Röblinsee Marina in Fürstenberg an der Havel. Please note that our houseboats cannot navigate Lake Müritz due to restrictions. We would like to inform you about some important points regarding renting our houseboats: Minimum number of people on board: For maneuverability and lock-through of the houseboats, at least three adults (or two adults + one competent minor) are required. Weather-related restrictions: In winds of force 2 or higher, the marina may prevent the release of the houseboats to ensure the safety of all involved. Charter License All boats can be driven without a license. In this case, a charter license, consisting of theory and practical training lasting approximately three hours, is mandatory on-site. The charter license is limited to the duration of the trip and can be obtained from age 18. A current inland waterway license is not required. Guests with little boating experience but a valid inland waterway license are welcome to book additional skipper training (45 minutes €50, minimum age 16). Gasoline Consumption Gasoline is billed according to consumption at the end of the trip in the marina: €3 per liter, payable on-site. Family Discount: Receive a 3% discount for children under 15. Please note that the minimum stay is 3 nights, and there is a 15% surcharge for stays of 3-6 nights. The guaranteed boat handover takes place at 4 p.m. However, you are welcome to arrive as early as 2 p.m. (recommended for guests with a charter license) to complete check-in and cruise planning at the marina.
