The Platu class is very popular in Thailand and Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore with almost twenty yachts sailing in Phuket and Pattaya. Platus are unlike most yachts in that they require a crew who notice healing, sail trim, wind changes and of course who can handle a spinnaker well.
