This extra time allows us to handle the paperwork and provide you with a detailed explanation of the boat and its features. The first charter appointment is at 9:00 am. During check-in, we will provide you with additional details about the conditions of the charter, safety procedures, and responsibilities you will need to follow while using the boat. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have to ensure safe and uneventful boating. We offer you plentiful and luxurious cushions provide optimal comfort as you relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city. Whether you want to sit or lie down, our soft and cozy cushions will make you feel like you're on a cloud as you cross the canals. To deal with the bright sun, our boats are equipped with adjustable sun shades that allow you to create just the right amount of shade when you need it. In addition, each boat is equipped with a GPS system to track your location and ensure accurate navigation. To provide you with an additional level of safety, we will be in constant contact with you through a communication device installed inside the engines. This device will provide us with information about your location and navigation speed, allowing us to constantly monitor your situation and offer immediate support if needed. With our legally compliant safety equipment, charts, GPS system and constant monitoring by us, you can have confidence that you are in good hands during your trip. If you are inexperienced in navigation, we will be happy to put you in touch with local experts, customized training sessions can be arranged, during which you can learn the basics of navigation and gain the confidence to then enjoy your trip to the fullest.
