In the event of withdrawal, he is obliged to pay the following compensation: If the declaration of withdrawal is received 30 calendar days before the start of the boat trip: 50% of the rental price. If the declaration of withdrawal is received less than 30 calendar days before the start of the boat trip: 100% of the rental price. If the charterer can rent the boat to someone else or if the declaration of withdrawal is received earlier than 30 calendar days before the start of the boat trip, the charterer is only obliged to pay a processing fee of 150 euros.
