Excellent 900 Inyol OK L: 9.10 m, W: 3.10 m, D: 0.90 m This beautiful cruiser is ideal for a larger family, sleeping 4 adults and 2 children, and easy to handle with a bow thruster. No boating license required. Galley equipment for 6 people and a refrigerator in the bow, a double bed, and a dinette in the saloon that converts into a double bed. There is also a bunk bed in the wheelhouse. This boat also features one toilet and one shower, hot and cold water, and heating throughout the boat. The boat is helmed from inside, with a spacious open cockpit offering sheltered seating and a swim ladder. Rental only from Maximum of a weekend (3 days starting Friday), midweek (4 days starting Monday), or week (7 days starting Monday or Friday). Extensions of multiple days are only possible outside peak season, upon consultation. NOTE: Deposit/deductible to be paid upon pick-up of the boat. Summary of the RENTAL CONDITIONS 1. CONFIRMATION. 3.c. The rental agreement must be completed and signed by the renter and returned to the owner within 5 days, along with a copy of the boating license, if requested. 4. PAYMENT. 4.d. The deposit is not included in the total rental price. This deposit must be paid in CASH to the owner at the start of the rental period. 6. LIABILITY. 6. The renter does not hold the owner liable for any personal injury or property damage suffered by the renter. The renter does not hold the owner liable for any claims brought by third parties. 7. TERMINATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. 7.a The lessor reserves the right, in the event of proven incompetence in sailing and/or navigating the vessel by the renter, to require a mandatory SSH (Skipper Start Help) course and/or to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without the lessor being liable for any compensation or refund of the rental fee. 9. AVAILABILITY. 9.c The renter must identify themselves to the lessor before departure with proof of identity (e.g., passport or driver's license). 9.e The vessel will be returned clean and with full water, gas, and fuel tanks. 9.g The renter is obligated to pay the rent and deposit, as well as the cancellation fees, even if the vessel is not used or is used for a shorter period. 10. RETURN. 10.a The renter must refuel the vessel at the lessor's at the end of the rental period. 10.b The renter must return the vessel to the home port in a timely manner, before the end of the rental period, in the same condition (except for wear and tear) as at the start of the rental period. 10.d The renter must return the vessel in a tidy and swept condition. 10.e Any damage occurring during the rental period must be reported to the lessor by the renter. The damage will be deducted from the deposit. 10.f Any equipment lost during the rental period must be reimbursed by the renter. 11. SAILING AREA. 11.a The sailing area includes the area specified by the insurance company. Namely: Inland waterways of Friesland – Overijssel – Groningen, excluding the major rivers and IJsselmeer – Markermeer – IJmeer – Waddenzee – Zwartemeer – Ketelmeer - 11.b In the event of violation of the sailing area, the lessor may immediately confiscate the vessel, without refund of the rental fee and withholding the deposit. 11.c Expansion of the sailing area is only possible if this has been agreed upon in writing with the lessor. 12. DAMAGE OR BREAKDOWN. 12.a In the event of any damage, breakdown, damage, seizure, or other damage to the vessel, inventory, and accessories, the renter must contact the lessor as soon as possible. The renter must adhere to the lessor's instructions as much as possible. 12.c In the event of breakdown, damage, or other damage not resulting from wear and tear or maintenance, the renter is liable for (consequential) damage, the costs of salvage, rescue, and towing. Any compensation claimed for this will be borne by the charterer, unless they cannot be held responsible and the damage is covered by the vessel's current insurance. The charterer must exercise due care in their own interest when accepting assistance. 13. DEFECTS b13.a If one of the parties fails to fulfill its obligations, the other party has the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part. This is only different if the deficiencies are of such a special nature or minor extent that termination is not justified. Compensation for any damage also exists, unless the deficiency cannot be attributed to the other party. 13.e The lessor's liability for deficiencies is limited to the amount of the rental sum paid by the charterer. 13.f If the renter returns the vessel later than agreed, the lessor is entitled to a proportional increase in the rental fee and compensation for further damage, unless the late return cannot be attributed to the renter. 14. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 14.a This rental agreement is governed by Dutch law. Only the Dutch court, or the dispute resolution body established in the Netherlands, designated by both parties, has jurisdiction to hear disputes. 15. GENERAL 15.a The renter is not permitted, except with the lessor's written permission: to stay on the vessel with more crew members than the number stated on the reservation or rental agreement form. 15.b to participate in competitions. 15.c. Keep pets on board without the express permission of the lessor (additional cleaning costs will be charged for this). 15.e. Sail in unfavorable weather conditions or when unfavorable weather conditions are forecast (winds above force 5 and in fog, etc.). 15.f. Sail or anchor overnight after sunset. 15.g. Sublet the vessel or allow others to use it. 15.g. Tow other vessels. In the event of a violation of these conditions, the lessor may immediately confiscate the vessel, without refund of the rental fee and withholding the deposit. 15.i. Compensation for damage caused by the renter or passengers under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication is excluded from the vessel's insurance. 15.j. Costs directly related to the use of the vessel, such as harbor, bridge, quay, lock, and mooring fees, as well as fuel costs, are the responsibility of the renter.
