Booked by Click&Boat with a weather cancellation guarantee, arrived on site in the morning (the rental company wasn't there, we had to wait, ask...), it was raining, the rental company told us we could cancel, that they were doing what was necessary. They didn't do what was necessary, Click&Boat is inflexible because the waves weren't high enough. There are a multitude of negative comments with mishaps of this type on the internet (unfortunately seen afterward). AVOID!!!
