Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The boat itself is very nice, but our biggest concern was safety. Before the trip, the rental company — not the captain — provided us with two children's life jackets. We were not shown or offered any adult life jackets on board. There was an orange horseshoe-shaped lifebuoy on the boat. At one point, one of the children picked it up and the captain immediately shouted at the child not to touch it, saying that it belonged to him. Later, while I was swimming, I started drifting away from the boat. Despite having this flotation device on board, the captain did not use it. Instead, he simply threw a rope towards me — and did so in such a careless way that it almost hit me. At that point, our concerns were no longer simply about poor service. When someone is actually drifting away from the boat, you expect a captain to respond calmly and professionally and to use appropriate safety equipment. The way this situation was handled raised serious concerns for us, especially considering that we were travelling with children. As for the service itself, it was terrible. From the moment we arrived, the captain was extremely unfriendly. His attitude and facial expressions made us feel as though he was unhappy to have us on board — almost as if we had shown up at his home uninvited rather than paid for a full-day private boat charter. We asked him to recommend a beautiful route and show us some of the best places around Saint-Tropez, but he showed absolutely no interest in helping us plan the day. His response was essentially that “it’s the same everywhere.” There was no effort to suggest interesting places, create a nice itinerary, or make the experience special. We were travelling with a small child who needed to sleep during the day. However, there was no proper bed linen in the cabins — no sheets and not even pillowcases. There were yellowed pillows without pillowcases on the beds, and we were apparently expected to put our child to sleep like that. It felt extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. There were no snacks provided on the boat, which was absolutely not a problem for us because we had brought our own food. However, even when we simply asked for plates and cutlery for our own snacks, the captain would reluctantly give us literally one plate and one fork at a time, visibly annoyed by the request. We are not suggesting that the captain should have acted as a waiter — we understand that there was no separate steward or crew on board. But on a private charter, basic hospitality, a little assistance and a friendly attitude towards guests seem like reasonable expectations. Instead, almost every request made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him. We were also charged €650 for fuel, despite the fact that our route was not particularly long — certainly nothing comparable to a trip all the way to Cannes. I cannot say whether this amount was reasonable because I am not an expert in boat fuel consumption, and I do not want to make accusations without knowing the facts. However, what seemed strange to us was that after our trip we still went to the fuel station with the captain and had to wait while the boat was being refuelled. Overall, the boat itself is good, but everything surrounding the service was extremely disappointing. The captain’s attitude affected the atmosphere from the very beginning and ultimately spoiled what was supposed to be a beautiful day on the water. If atmosphere, hospitality and the way you are treated during your charter do not matter to you, perhaps the boat itself will be enough. But we would never book this boat again with this level of service. Nice boat. Terrible service. Very disappointing experience.

The correspondence was very friendly as were the staff on site. The skipper, Nicolas, was also very friendly. We had a great and unforgettable day at sea.

The best experience in my life. Laetitia did everything we requested in the short manner of time and we enjoyed our trip a lot.
