The experience was terrible. We were supposed to go to Formentera, as agreed. We never arrived. They lost the anchor and made us go back to retrieve it, regardless of the time lost. I asked the boat owner for compensation, but she didn't reply to my messages. The captain was very unprofessional. A disappointment.

Disastrous. We had a long exchange with Maria José before booking. Initially, we only wanted a trip from 5 pm to 10 pm. She repeatedly insisted that we book the entire day, which we refused. After numerous exchanges (which can be viewed in messages Click&Boat), she finally confirmed that a trip from 5 pm to 10 pm was possible and that we would take the opportunity to tour Es Vedrà and admire the sunset, expected around 9:30 pm. It was for this reason that we agreed to extend the trip until 10 pm. On the day of the trip, we arrived perfectly on time. We paid €727 for the rental and €300 in cash to the skipper. The first unpleasant surprise: between boarding and three trips back and forth in the dinghy, with the boat anchored about 500 meters from the shore, we didn't finally leave the port until around 6:00 PM. I then questioned the skipper, who explained that there had never been any intention of going to Es Vedrà and that our destination was Cala Llonga. More than an hour later, we arrived at a public beach, easily accessible by car, surrounded by buildings, amidst tourist ferries, jet skis, and constant maritime traffic. Absolutely not the setting we had promised. After about two hours there, we headed back and arrived at the port at 8:55 PM, even though we had booked and paid for a trip until 10:00 PM. Another waste of time with three more trips back and forth in the dinghy, the boat this time being even further from the landing area. In the end, we spent over three hours cruising at low speed to reach a public beach accessible by road, without seeing Es Vedrà, without witnessing the sunset, and without receiving the service we had been promised. To make matters worse, the boat had practically no equipment: only four very worn snorkeling masks, no towels, no cushions to enjoy the front deck, and a toilet with a terrible odor. The experience was extremely disappointing, to the point of being worse than a simple ferry ride. We absolutely do not recommend this excursion, which is more like a tourist trap than a genuine sea trip. A complaint was filed immediately. ⸻ Catastrophic. Before the reservation, we had numerous conversations with María José. We initially request a contract only from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. She insisted repeatedly that we reserve the entire day, although we do not request it. After many interchanges (which you can consult in the message of Click&Boat), we finally confirmed that the service from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. will be possible and that we will have time to ride Es Vedrà and contemplate the floor door, previewed later 9:30 p.m. Precisely for this reason we accept to extend the status until 22:00. The day of the excursion is scheduled occasionally. Pay 727 € for the boat and 300 € for the owner. The first thing to do is to say: between the boat and the three trips on the auxiliary boat, the boat is located about 500 meters from the coast, we don't really come until 6:00 p.m. Pregunté said to the boss and replied to me that I never expected to live in Es Vedrà and that our destination was Cala Llonga. You should also take our three trips on the auxiliary lane, so the boat is located a little further away from the disembarkation area. In summary, we spend more than 3 hours traveling slowly to visit a public beach accessible by road, without seeing Es Vedrà, without enjoying the beach door and without receiving the service that we usually sell. Furthermore, the boat does not have any practical equipment: only four snorkel masks that are very damaged, no towel, no cojín for the toilet seat and a bathroom with very little smell. The experience was extremely disappointing, having reached the point of being less than a simple ferry ride. We absolutely recommend this excursion, which is much more a trip for tourists than an authentic boat trip. Present an immediate form request.
