A newly built vessel, very comfortable and meticulously finished. The TIP TOP L is ideal for river and lagoon cruises, but is also certified for coastal navigation. Thanks to a more powerful engine, it better copes with currents and waves. A BOATING LICENSE IS REQUIRED. It is recommended for a family looking for a comfortable stay on board, or for two couples. The TIP TOP L has a forward and aft cabin, a layout that allows for greater privacy. The large master cabin in the bow has a double bed; the sofa can be converted into a single bed. The private bathroom has a shower, sink, and electric toilet. The modern and spacious shower is separate. A second cabin in the stern has a double bed that can be converted into two single beds. Private bathroom with shower, sink, and electric toilet. All cabins are equipped with wardrobes and drawers. The dinette can accommodate an additional double bed if needed; in this case, guests can access the forward bathroom directly from the living room. The spacious and bright salon features a first helm station and an entertainment area (TV, radio, CD player). Adjacent, on a lower level, is the modern, fully equipped galley, with a gas oven and stove, a microwave, and a large refrigerator/freezer. The boat is equipped with a safe. Outside, the shaded terrace, with chairs and a table, offers convivial al fresco living. A second helm station is located on the flying bridge. A large sundeck is located on the bow. The modern, elegant, yet functional furnishings make this boat truly unique. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. The Renter must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid boating license. He or she will be directly responsible for all items entrusted to him or her. Upon boarding, identification is required. RVF reserves the right to restrict independent navigation to those who demonstrate insufficient reliability. 2. Booking Changes. All booking changes made by the Renter from the date of confirmation until 8 weeks before the departure date will incur a "file fee" of €150 per change. Less than 8 weeks before the embarkation date, all changes may be made by prior arrangement with the Lessor. 3. Cancellation by RVF. If, due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable circumstances, RVF If RVF is unable to provide the Renter with the reserved boat, it will be obligated to find a replacement boat with approximately the same characteristics. In the event of total impossibility, RVF will immediately refund the amounts received without any further obligation. 4. Insurance. Insurance coverage includes accidental damage to the boat and equipment, civil liability to third parties and passengers, medical transportation in the event of injury or illness, and recovery of the boat. The policy does not cover theft or damage to the Renter's valuables and personal belongings. RVF declines all liability for any theft, loss, or damage to the Renter's property. 5. Deposit. A deposit must be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on the day of arrival at the base, before boarding. This amount will be held for a maximum of 21 days to cover any damage and/or obligations to third parties. Security deposit amount or reduced deposit as per price list. 6. Assistance/Accident. The rental price includes assistance in the event of a breakdown. RVF undertakes to ensure prompt and effective assistance. Reimbursement will be requested only for interventions due to the Lessee's negligence (unclogging toilet, replacing bow thruster fuse, etc.) or in the event of a stranding. The Lessee must promptly report any accident or damage to RVF by telephone and will refrain from any action not dictated by urgency. The Lessee, who is the cause or victim of an accident, a stranding, or following the occurrence of unforeseeable engine or equipment problems, will not be entitled to any reimbursement from RVF if the cruise could be compromised. 7. Boarding. The boat will be available to the renter for boarding formalities from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the agreed-upon day. The following formalities will be completed in order of arrival: registration of a "Captain's" document; payment of the deposit; signing of the onboard inventory and inspection of the boat's condition; technical instructions for the use of all the various components on the boat; review of the nautical charts, obligations, navigational advice, and suggestions; and a short test drive. Subject to availability and agreement with the base, early check-in starting at 11:00 AM is possible for a fee of €80. 8. Disembarkation. The boat must be returned and vacated by 9:00 AM on the last day of the rental, in good order and clean condition. The renter agrees to report to RVF all lost or damaged equipment and anything not in perfect working order. Any dents or scratches to the hull must be carefully highlighted. RVF reserves the right to request reimbursement from the Lessee for any inconveniences related to abandonment of the boat during the cruise. In the event of late return, RVF will charge a half-day or full day's rental. It is recommended to return to the base for an overnight stay the evening before. 9. Rules for using the boat. RVF will provide you with sufficient information and adequate operating and navigation instructions (including practical instructions) before setting sail. The Lessee must comply with the regulations for inland and coastal navigation, as well as any instructions issued by the Lessor or competent authorities. The following are prohibited: overnight stays at sea, nighttime navigation; towing or hauling; subleasing and lending; anchoring in canals, docking in unauthorized places and on piers reserved for public transport; navigation in bad weather; navigation, in the Grand Canal, in the internal canals of Venice, Giudecca, Murano, Burano, Torcello, and the Lido.
