Araok is a unique 19.80m aluminum sloop model built in 1992 by the Universal Yachting shipyard (Guy Fillon) on the plans of one of the 10 leaders in shipbuilding Bernard Nivelt. Araok is a "tall ship" on which every detail has been carefully designed, thought through and produced to be reliable and efficient. It has been designed for tropical cruises as well as for the most extreme expeditions. Fast, safe, designed to be maneuvered with a very small crew. It gives a great feeling of safety, it has already sailed the seas of the world. Very pleasant interior comfort, warm atmosphere of beautiful blond woods, natural teak and alcantara. Araok is equipped with a hydraulic lifting keel allowing access to exceptional places closed to other boats.
