Cancellation policy: In the event that weather conditions prevent the excursion from taking place and we cannot find an alternative date, the total amount paid in advance will be refunded. Adverse weather conditions are those that prevent the boat from leaving the port or that the excursion is not carried out safely and comfortably for our clients. Due to the constant changes in the weather, we will not be able to make a final decision until 12 hours before the start of the excursion. In no case can we decide to shorten the excursion on the fly once it has started, meaning a reduction in the rate. If the client approves a change of date but once accepted decides to cancel, the amount paid cannot be refunded. The company will not be obliged to make further changes to dates unless they are due to weather reasons. If the client arrives late for the time of the reservation, the company is not obliged to give him/her extra time.
