From all rooms and even both box spring beds you can look out over the water into nature through large, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, enjoying the space and peace. You can merge even more with nature and the lake landscape high up on the impressive roof terrace. The houseboat's steering position is installed in the living room, protected from the weather. Mooring and casting off are made easier by the state-of-the-art technical equipment, including a bow thruster and a stern thruster. The houseboat is completely heated with underfloor heating (via diesel) and is therefore ready for an adventure on the water even in the cooler seasons. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven) and the in-house Wi-Fi complete the comfort of the Ananda. In the bathroom you will find an electric toilet, a washbasin and a shower. For safe maneuvering (locks) and driving outside of our house lake (Röblinsee), a team of at least 3 adults (physically capable) is required. Previous houseboat experience (with or without an inland driving license) is desirable.
