This Beneteau Oceanis 38 from 2016 with 3 double cabins and two toilets with showers is a perfect choice for your sailing holiday in Croatia. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, and it has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker and oven and a comfortable saloon. Sailing across the Adriatic Sea never been so easier with main furling sail, GPS chart plotter in cockpit, autopilot, and a bow thruster. On the deck, there is a sunshade, cockpit table, and deck shower. There is also a USB, BT, AUX connection, and unlimited Wi-Fi, and sound system perfect for listening to your favorite music while sailing. What happens in the case of bad weather?
If the weather does not allow you to go out to sea, we recommend postponing your booking to a later date by coordinating with the boat owner on our Click&Boat messenger. For daily charters, you can subscribe to our Weather Guarantee insurance to be fully refunded in case of bad weather (special weather report, storm, etc...).
Is fuel included in the charter price?
Fuel is not included in the rental price. If you would like a fuel cost estimate for this boat, please contact the owner.
Do I need a license to rent this boat?
You must have a boat license to drive this boat. The paper document may be requested by the boat owner on the day of booking. Do not hesitate to confirm with them the type of license required for this specific rental (coastal, river, etc.). Please note that it is possible to book the boat with a skipper; in which case you will not need a boat license.
In the case of problems with the boat at sea, am I insured?
All boats made available on Click&Boat are covered by at least a mandatory third-party liability insurance (RC), as required by applicable regulations. This insurance generally covers damages caused to third parties, but does not cover damages caused to the rented boat itself. In the event of damage to the boat during the rental period, the owner is entitled to retain part or all of the deposit left by the renter in order to cover the repair costs. The renter may, where eligible, take out a damage waiver insurance in order to protect their deposit. As a general rule, damages are to be settled directly between the renter and the boat owner. In case no agreement can be reached, the matter may need to be referred to the competent legal authority. Additional insurances (such as deposit waiver, assistance, etc.) may be purchased directly on Click&Boat at the time of booking, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Do I have the required experience to rent this boat?
Before accepting a booking request, the owner may carry out a check of the renter's nautical resume to ensure that he or she is experienced enough to hire the boat. The owner can also adapt their check-in to the port (training, help to leave the port) according to the nautical skills of the renter.
