The "La Mare Apart LL - long version" is a modern houseboat with an extended hull and superstructure. At 12m long and 4.2m wide, it offers enough space for the whole family on approx. 30m². Comfortable, barrier-free houseboat on which wheelchair users and crew can also spend a relaxing holiday! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, roof terrace and underfloor heating. The first bedroom can easily be reached with a wheelchair through the 90 cm wide sliding door. The two single beds measuring 80x200 cm can be pushed apart if necessary, and a spacious closet provides storage space. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower with a seat, a sink and an electric toilet with a folding grab handle. The second bedroom also has two beds measuring 80x200 cm that can be pushed together and a wardrobe. The second bathroom has an electric toilet and a sink. The 80 cm wide door to the stern leads to the outboard motors, gas and electrical boxes, bathing ladder and the ladder to the spacious roof terrace, which invites you to sunbathe and relax. Wheelchair users can move around freely inside the boat thanks to the step-free level, the wide interior doors and open spaces. The roof terrace cannot be reached on wheels. People with reduced mobility need assistance to steer the boat. Please note that “HaJo” is a pet-free boat. The innovative concept offers you comfort and independence thanks to solar energy and inverters. The hot water heating combined with the insulation gives you the opportunity for a great holiday even in autumn and winter. Rear terrace with outboard motors, gas box and swimming ladder. The bow terrace with table and chairs is ideally accessible through the spacious patio doors. An inland sports boat license is required to charter the "Hajo". If you do not have an inland sports boat license, you will complete a charter license training course with us when you hand over the boat (2-3 hours of theoretical and practical training, €85). Please note, however, that the charter license area in this area is relatively limited: Potsdamer Havel, approx. 30 km, plus side lakes. Please note that mooring fees are not included in the price. These are paid on site. You can also take a skipper training course for €40 per hour. The charter price does not include consumption costs such as: disposal of waste water tank, gas consumption and fuel consumption. The boat can only be booked from Tuesday to Tuesday or from Thursday to Thursday. Cancellation conditions Please note that the following cancellation conditions prevail over those of Click&Boat: • The first 15 days after confirmation of the booking: free cancellation if the renter so wishes. EXCEPTION: For short-term bookings, the renter must pay for cleaning the boat if the cancellation is made 24 hours or less before handover. • After 15 days of booking confirmation: The renter must pay 100% of the rental price in case of cancellation. If a replacement renter can be found for the period, the renter will be fully refunded, except for 150€ administration fees. The renter will only be refunded after the booking is completed. After the booking is confirmed, the renter will sign a rental agreement with the owner, with the cancellation conditions mentioned above.
