I would not recommend booking this particular boat until some upkeep is done. While the Ibiza coastline is beautiful and we had a wonderful time exploring it, we were unfortunately disappointed by the condition of the vessel and the fact that several advertised services were not fully met. I want to emphasize that our feedback is directed entirely at the condition of the boat and its preparation, and not at our captain. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him; he was exceptionally capable, courteous, and professional throughout the trip, and we are very grateful for his efforts although there was a very big language barrier as his english was very very limited. Unfortunately, we encountered several structural and operational issues that impacted our experience. I did not raise all of these individual points while we were on the charter, simply because there were too many to address at that stage and I knew they where not fixable at that stage: 1) Communication Barrier Regarding Itinerary Planning: We understood that the captain would review the map with us and help guide us through our route options. While he was lovely, his English was very limited. Due to this language barrier, it was quite difficult to communicate effectively, and we weren't able to plan a proper itinerary or get the local guidance we had hoped for. 2) Missing Amenities: The boat lacked a few key features that were advertised as included, specifically the snorkel gear and a microwave. 3) Plumbing & Maintenance Issues: There was a persistent water leak in the kitchen galley, which we had to manage by placing tissue paper to absorb the water. Additionally, the marine toilet system did not seem to be functioning correctly, possibly due to a faulty valve. Soiled water repeatedly flushed back up into the bowls, which created an uncomfortable hygiene issue. Having been on previous catamaran charters, I know this is not normal operation. One cabin only had cold water to "shower”. 4) Cleanliness & Hygiene Concerns: The vessel did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There was stray hair on the deck, and the cutlery was simply loose in a drawer. More concerningly, the bedding in one of the bedrooms had prominent yellow stains. After two days, we also noticed fruit flies and discovered rotting vegetables left behind in the kitchen, indicating the boat hadn't been fully cleared out from the previous charter. What is most regrettable for us is that this was a first-time boating experience for several of our guests. Because of the issues with cleanliness and plumbing, their introduction to boating was a big disappointment. In fact, they mentioned after the trip that they feel quite hesitant to ever go on a boat again.

The skipper was good. The boat was in poor condition and not clean.

The captain was 5 stars! Very helpful and polite. He made our stay much easier. The cleanliness of the boat was far below what was desired and acceptable. The dishes were dirty and greasy. The toilet had no hot water. The refrigerator was very small.

It was amazing!!
