Seaways is a decent company that focuses on maintaining the boats it manages as its foremost priority. This comes at some cost to the customer journey, which is entirely standardised and leaves no room for a personal experience. You definitely do not feel special as a customer. You get what you pay for and that’s that. For experienced charter clients that might be a benefit, but if this is your first time (as it was ours) it’s pretty rough. There wasn’t even toilet paper on board. Every amenity we considered “standard” came at an additional expense or (in most cases) not at all. Now that we know how this company operates we will likely prepare differently, should we work with them again. Don’t expect this to be a luxurious, customer-centric experience. It’s not.

A wonderful boat and a wonderful couple. Wouldn’t it be nice if all boat rentals had such good service! Coffee for us and juice for the kids on arrival, flexible on times, a clean, powerful boat, very prompt responses and a free parking space in the harbour. Thank you Philippe and Isabelle for a great day.
