I booked a return tour with Clicknboat from Port Hercule on a 48 foot Sunseeker for a Sunset sail on 26th October at 5pm with Leopold costing £902 for 2hours watching the sun set Almost as soon as the contract had been made and paid , Leopold rang and spoke to me in English saying he had to cancel as he didn’t have any fuel and the depots were closed Leopold then wanted to change the date but I could not change the date as I was leaving Monaco the next day So Leopold agreed to come 5:30pm ,but then changed that to 6pm ,he was late and I did not board until 6:20pm and then he implied that he was still finishing at 8pm Leopold didn’t even try and moor the boat, he made several attempts to get close to the jetty and couldn’t manage Leopold expected us both to jump at least 5 foot across from the jetty to the moving boat whilst he trying to manoeuvre reverse/forward the boat I’m a woman of 74 years of age and I was terrified and just could not do it ,however I managed to stumble onto the boat ,heart in mouth as Leopold left the steering to pull me onto boat , he then pushed passed us to get back to the steering wheel as the boat was lurching sideways I spent the rest of the tour fretting about how he would make us get off the boat Leopold did not introduce himself or tell us anything about the beautiful Sunseeker we were on There were no safety briefing ,life jackets or beverages offered ….I was very worried as it was obvious he was very reluctant to skipper this cruise The boat was in complete darkness and it was very cold ,Leopold seemed very angry …Leopold then said “Would you like to see Cannes “ I said yes ,he then said he was going to drop us in Cannes he also argued the time saying the tour was finished at 8pm even though we got in the boat at 6:20pm I disagreed ,I had no idea how far from the Hotel de Paris (our residence) Cannes was or how to get back or even if I could order transport at 8:30-9pm at night I refused to be dropped at Cannes Leopold insinuated I was being difficult and that I could just get a taxi from Cannes to Hotel de Paris I said we had agreed to be returned to Port Hercule and 2hour sunset tour Leopold then said he didn’t understand what I was saying even though it said on his site that he spoke English and he had spoken English previously Leopold just turned away and began cursing under his breath He remained with his back to us with a towel draped around his shoulders in complete silence for the entire trip He did not once tell us any landmarks or the route and because he was so late we missed out on our sunset sail and our dinner preferences in the Port Leopold did not exceed 4 knots for the entire tour he went as slow as he could so he could save the fuel Leopold was very impolite and discourteous and completely spoilt our maritime experience On arrival at the Port Hercule there was no radio contact with the Harbour and he went round and round in circles in the harbour to make up the time He then tried to reverse the boat towards the jetty He told us to get out of the seats and stand at the back of the boat ready to jump off I was very scared as it was dark and the boat was moving and I didn’t think I could do it …I said to Leopold that I didn’t feel safe and couldn’t make the jump as I’m 74 years old ,Leopold yelled at me sounding very rude saying “I’ll try something else “ he was clearly agitated and angry that I wouldn’t jump off He tried to bring the boat alongside the jetty , and wanted me to move right to the back of the boat ,there was nothing to hang onto at the back of the boat and he offered no physical help to jump the gap of 4-5 foot between the boat and the jetty which was really frightening But I had to try and was lucky enough to do it not very elegantly I might add I burst into tears at such a horrid experience and the relief of being safe and away from such an awful experience …it’s certainly wasn’t my idea of a pleasure sunset tour..it was a complete nightmare and it was obvious Leopold resented us being on the boat Leopold lacked basic manners and was extremely distant His behaviour completely ruined such a beautiful experience on such a fabulous boat In my opinion he will ruin your experience too !! Julien foi nosso capitão durante o dia. Ele foi educado e respeitoso, conduzindo o barco com segurança e profissionalismo o tempo todo. Navegamos até Cap Ferrat e Julien ficou no barco enquanto almoçávamos. Ele parou duas vezes no caminho para que pudéssemos nadar.
