Very nice outing with Patrick, oyster farmer from Marennes, who offered us an exceptional experience: welcome at the port of Cayenne in Marennes, approach and explanations of the oyster parks, then tour of Fort Louvois, an oyster tasting (very affordable supplement) and swimming on the exceptional beach of Gatseau, alone in the world, then continuation of the escapade with an ice cream break at the Château d'Oleron, then return to Marennes. Patrick is a fascinating oyster farmer, superb outing, we will come back.
