Enjoy fantastic sailing trips with Donostia San Sebastián Sailing on a magnificent 12-meter boat. We offer a variety of excursions where you can participate in the sailboat's maneuvers or simply relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of one of the world's most spectacular cities.

Throughout the year, we offer tourist, educational, socio-educational, and coaching activities, bringing sailing and the sea to individuals, groups, and companies.

We offer catering services and meals with an onboard chef upon request.

NOTES:

Sailing days have a mandatory supplement of €150 for half a day and €200 for a full day.

The recommended sleeping capacity on board is 6 people.

Trips for more than 6 people incur a surcharge and will not exceed half a day of sailing (4 hours).

NOTICE:

As a matter of company policy, we do not organize typical bachelor/bachelorette parties (costumes, large parties, and excessive alcohol consumption). However, if your intention is a relaxing sail and enjoying some time with friends, that's perfectly fine.

    Unai was a great host! He explained the history of the area, was very knowledgeable about everything we asked, and was very accommodating to our groups needs. We had such a great time and would definitely rent his boat again.

    The boat is great and Unai is a nice guy, but my charter was very disappointing. I feel I had made it very clear that I was an avid sailor and therefore wanted to sail, and also that we wanted to go swimming. Not knowing distances and times, I agreed to the itinerary that Unai and Yolanda proposed. We half sailed and half motored (due to inconsistent wind) to the flyschs of Zumaia which were nice to see, but honestly couldn't have cared less about, and then rushed back to Getaria for a lunch reservation. The long, leisurely lunch with Unai (that I paid for separately) was great, but by the time we got back on the boat, I guess Unai felt we wouldn't make it back in time for his next charter, so he insisted on motoring back the whole way (I think almost two hours) to San Sebastián. I even asked if we could sail for just 15 minutes, but was denied. We had PERFECT sailing conditions on the way back. Completely flat water and a consistent 11 to 15 knots of breeze, so I was literally in tears from frustration for the last hour of the trip. When we got back to San Sebastián, there was about 15 minutes to spare and Unai asked if I wanted to go swimming. To which I said no, because I would only have been able to jump into the water, paddle around for five minutes, and then get back on the boat only to be dropped off at the marina soaking wet. In all, only getting to sail for about an hour and a half and not having time to get into and enjoy the water on an 8-hour charter was a huge waste of money. I did like the boat and the company, but highly recommend that if you book that you have a clear conversation with Unai and Yolanda beforehand about what your goals are for the charter and plan the itinerary accordingly.
