    I booked a one‑day boat rental with a skipper through Click&Boat, operated by Mayer Charter in Trogir, Croatia. During the booking process, the platform did not clearly indicate in the “total cost” or “mandatory costs” sections that fuel was excluded from the rental price. While I did not expect a fuel quote in advance, I did expect this significant additional cost to be clearly highlighted in the main pricing areas. Instead, it appeared only in fine print under “Conditions” at the bottom of the page and briefly within a drop‑down section of the boat description. In my view, this information was not presented in a sufficiently visible or prominent way. After receiving the booking confirmation, I learned that fuel, estimated at around 600 euros, was payable on the day of rental. As this exceeded my budget, I cancelled immediately with both Click&Boat and the boat owner. The owner declined to refund my deposit of over 1,000 euros, and I did not receive a response from Click&Boat regarding my emails on the matter. I also could not find a customer service phone line to discuss the issue. Overall, this experience was disappointing and costly for me, and based on this situation, I do not ever plan to book again through Click&Boat or with Mayer Charter in Trogir.

    We had a fantastic day onboard with Tony and Maria! They handled everything and made it super convenient to board the boat right outside our hotel. They took us to some small secluded coves for swimming and made us lunch reservations at a great local spot. It was the highlight of our trip!

    Fantastic boat with professional and friendly crew! We had Valentina and Toni, who guided us to some amazing places. We went to Hvar, Brace and some more secluded, beautiful beaches. They gave us privacy and were helpful. The boat was spacious, stable in water, fuel efficient and fast. Equipped with towels, snorkelingmasks, paddleboard and tube. We were 4 adults and 4 teenagers/kids and it was perfect for us. All in all - fantastic experience! Strongly recommend!! 😎
