Navilux is a luxurious super yacht ready in Split to take you on a sailing experience of your dreams. It's incredible design will give you absolute comfort on board. With 8 members of crew, including experience captain and your own master chef, professional and welcoming service is guaranteed. When first board this luxurious sailing yacht, you will access spacious aft deck with dining lounge for 12 guests for al fresco dining as well as comfortable sun mattresses for relaxing in the shade. The foredeck comes with jacuzzi and round lounge seats ideal for soaking up the sun while cruising around hundreds of islands in Split surroundings. When you climb on the top deck, you will have access to another sunbathing lounge with comfortable seats, tables and sun mattresses for enjoying appetizers and our excellent selection of Croatian wines and liquors. The main deck accommodates 12 guests in 6 superb cabins (5 double and 1 twin bed cabin) with en suite bathrooms and offers inside salon with dining lounge. Navilux is the number one choice for luxury charter in Croatia and Montenegro, and we promise the memorable high quality experience in Adriatic. Charter Fee Includes: Accommodation for maximum 12 guests in 6 cabins, fuel for 4 h of the engine work daily, generator work 24/7, fuel for tender transfers to/from the yacht and for tender operated watersports (donut, waterski, wakeboard, kneeboard), use of recreational equipment (SUP, kayak, donut, snorkeling gear), crew of 8 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, tourist taxes, Wi-Fi. APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of charter fee To cover following costs, but not limited to: food and beverages for the Charter Party, port fees, national park entrances, fuel for Personal Watercraft*, shipping agents’ fees, custom fees and charter licenses if cruising in Montenegro or Italy and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter such as but not limited to hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer's request, shoreside transport and excursions. Please note: APA to be paid in cash on board or as a wire transfer to shipping agent's account. What happens in the case of bad weather?
If the weather does not allow you to go out to sea, it is better to postpone the booking and agree on a new date with the boat owner. For daily rentals, you have the possibility to subscribe to our Weather Guarantee in order to be fully reimbursed in case of bad weather (special weather report, storm, etc...).
Is fuel included in the charter price?
Fuel is not included in the rental price. Please contact the owner if you would like an estimate of the fuel cost of booking this boat.
Do I need a licence to rent this boat?
You must have a boat licence to drive this boat. The paper document may be requested by the owner on the day of booking, so do not hesitate to confirm with the owner the type of licence required for this specific rental (coastal, river, etc...). Please note that it is possible to book the boat without being the skipper yourself at the time of charter.
Am I insured in case of problems with the boat at sea?
All boats available on Click&Boat are covered by at least a mandatory third-party liability insurance (RC), as required by applicable regulations. This insurance generally covers damages caused to third parties, but does not cover damages caused to the rented boat itself. In the event of damage to the boat during the rental period, the owner is entitled to retain part or all of the deposit left by the renter in order to cover the repair costs. The renter may, where eligible, take out a damage waiver insurance in order to protect their deposit. As a general rule, damages are to be settled directly between the renter and the boat owner. In case no agreement can be reached, the matter may need to be referred to the competent legal authority. Additional insurances (such as deposit waiver, assistance, etc.) may be purchased directly on Click&Boat at the time of booking, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Am I experienced enough to rent this boat?
Before accepting a booking request, the owner may carry out a check of the hirer's nautical CV to ensure that they are experienced enough to hire the boat. The owner can also adapt their check-in to the port (training, help leaving the port) according to the nautical skills of the renter. Do not hesitate to discuss this with the owner via the message board.
