Communication with the owner was difficult. Despite writing and calling several days in advance, he only responded to one call the night before and another a few hours before departure on the day of the rental. The boat wasn't the same as in the photo: it only had one engine instead of two, the anchor was broken (we had to use a manual anchor tied to the stern, with the inconvenience and risk that entails). The backrest of the main seat was broken. The radio didn't work properly. The ladder was broken, tied with a rope, and jammed when opening and closing it; it took a while and several attempts to get it working. There was no donut or wakeboard as listed in the equipment, although that turned out to be the least of our concerns. Overall, we decided to return a few hours early since we didn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked.
