A very mediocre experience. After booking through the app, we were surprised to have to pay a significant surcharge (33% extra) directly to the rental company for various and sundry fees. And of course, there was no way to contact the platform. I advise everyone not to use this platform and to book directly with the rental company. I would probably be harsh in calling what we experienced a "scam," but it certainly seems like one.
