We booked the Valory — Model V Premium through the app (Click&Boat). After paying the amount indicated on the app, hours later the owner contacted us saying he was sorry, but it was already booked. He realized he had realized the booking and offered us a boat for the next day, but we were no longer on the island. There was a problem with the app which meant even though this was an instant booking it was double booked. Instead of the nice, clean, new boat I booked, I was given an old and damaged boat which was in a marina much further away than the one I booked. The price should have been reduced but wasn’t. The charter company assured me that the other boat would be just as good, but it absolutely was not. It was a disappointment. The beautiful Mallorca coastline made up for it slightly.

We rented a boat through Amazing Charters Mallorca and unfortunately our experience did not meet our expectations. During the handover in the marina, we immediately noticed a strong smell of gasoline on board. We raised our concerns with the staff and were told that this was normal because the boat had just been fully refueled and that the smell would disappear once we started sailing.Unfortunately, the smell did not disappear. Instead, it remained throughout the trip and became so unpleasant that we were unable to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy the boating experience we had been looking forward to during our holiday.We contacted the charter company immediately and followed their instructions to return to the marina. As a result, we only had the boat for around half of the rental period, and a significant part of our time was spent dealing with the issue and communicating with the company instead of enjoying our day at sea.To their credit, the staff were polite, responsive, and professional throughout the process. Although we did not fully agree regarding the compensation, they made an effort to find a solution and eventually provided a partial refund. We appreciate their willingness to engage in dialogue and resolve the matter amicably. However, it was disappointing that an experience we had genuinely been looking forward to was affected in this way. I booked the boat without a skipper for a day trip with my family because I have the necessary license. Nevertheless, we received excellent support at the marina in Portals Nous before departure and upon arrival, for example, when refueling. The team also gave us excellent tips on beautiful excursion destinations (bays) and the area. I highly recommend Jose Miguel and Amazing Charters and will definitely book a boat with them again.

Very communicative, fuel cost was not fully transparent and a surprise to me at the end. The boat is fun and manageable, the gps didn’t work which isn’t necessary due to the fact the boat is not prepared for longer day trips it doesn’t navigate through waves very well, which limits you to shorter destinations. There was no radio in the boat for communication despite the insistence for me to have a licencia náutica, basic radio was not provided l. I took my dog on the boat (an Irish setter), I was told it was ok by the person who handed us the boat, but then received upset messages from the lady who manages this rental commenting that we damaged the floor of the boat. An unfortunate event, we (a group of 4) did not even notice that there was damage. Owner kept security deposit and accused me of being irresponsable. This damage was not perceivable to us and we left the boat clean, spotless. I recommend this boat for short trips, with no dog. I enjoyed it very much though being limited to the bay next to the port.
